Do you have a physical store?

No. Lucky Ski Depot is a 100% online store. All orders are placed directly on our website and delivered right to your door.

How can I contact customer service?

Are the products new or used?

All our products are 100% brand new and have
never been used.

Are items covered by a warranty?

All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. In general, this warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Most manufacturers offer a 1-2 year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

How do I know which size to choose?

Picking the right size is essential to fully enjoy your skis or boots, and we want you to be completely comfortable! For boots, since every foot is unique, it’s hard to give exact advice remotely. For skis, we’re here to help! Contact us and our team of experts will provide personalized recommendations based on your skill level, style, and needs.

Can you mount the bindings before shipping?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a workshop to install or adjust bindings prior to shipping. However, since we sell well-known brands, most ski retailers with a workshop will be able to complete the installation.

Do skis come with bindings?

Some skis include bindings and others don’t. To know for sure, check the product name: when it says “Ski + Binding”, the bindings are included in the price. Example: Atomic Redster S8 Revoshock C 2025 + X12 GW Binding.

Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for a fast, simple, and secure checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details (items, prices, shipping address, etc.). You’ll then receive a second email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Are prices shown inclusive of tax?

No. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on the shipping province.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking number. Why?

A typo may have occurred in your email address. We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder, as these messages sometimes end up there.

Shipping

Why are there shipping fees?

As a liquidation site, we always strive to offer the lowest prices. Shipping fees are not a profit center for Lucky Ski Depot—they simply reflect the cost charged by our carriers.

How much are the shipping fees?

Shipping costs depend on your location, the type of items ordered, and the delivery speed you choose (standard or express). They will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in Canada. Some exceptions may apply if our carriers don’t serve your area.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–9 business days, while Express delivery takes 2–3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

What if my delivery is delayed or I haven’t received my package?

You can contact the carrier directly to check your package status. Once shipped, the information available to us is the same as what you see. That said, you can also reach out to us and we’ll gladly assist you with the process.

Can I choose express shipping?

Yes. Depending on your address, you’ll be offered different delivery options (standard or express) at checkout.

Do I need to be home to receive my package?

In some cases, a signature may be required. Otherwise, the package may be left at your door or at the nearest post office.

Why didn’t all the items in my order arrive?

For orders with multiple items, it’s possible they ship in separate packages. In that case, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

No, but we deliver all our products directly to
your door.
