iF3 X Lucky : Ski, Films et Passion

iF3 X Lucky: Skiing, Films, and Passion

From Whistler to Mont Blanc

During the week of October 18, Whistler hosted the biggest ski and snowboard film festival in Canada.

A week later, the action moved to Mont Blanc, Québec, with another iF3 event — and we were proud to be one of its partners!

For Lucky, it was an exciting first: our very first on-site event, where we actively took part in both the preparation and the execution. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to get involved in the community, meet fellow enthusiasts, and share our love for mountain sports. We couldn’t wait to be there… and we truly lived the festival to the fullest!

Event Details

📍 Where: Ski Mont Blanc, 1006 QC-117, Mont-Blanc, QC J0T 2G0
🗓️ When: Saturday, October 25 — film screenings at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., after party at 9 p.m.

What is iF3?

For those unfamiliar with iF3, it’s one of the largest gatherings of independent ski film producers — films created outside major commercial studios.

The festival attracts fans, athletes, and filmmakers from more than 20 countries around the world. It’s a film festival dedicated to showcasing and celebrating freeski films.

Freeski includes freestyle and freeride skiing, but enthusiasts agree that the concept goes far beyond these two disciplines. It’s first and foremost a philosophy — freedom of movement, expression, and creativity on snow.

Over the years, the iF3 (International Freesports Film Festival) has grown significantly and now embraces not only skiing, but also the worlds of snowboarding and mountain biking.

Its main goal is to bring together all the elements that make up freesports culture in one place: films, athletes, producers, photographers, brands, music, art… and of course, the legendary parties!

A First to Remember

This first participation in iF3 Mont Blanc was a memorable moment for the entire Lucky team. Thank you to everyone who came by to chat, share the stoke, and celebrate with us. We left inspired, motivated, and already looking forward to what’s next!
